TransProcure assisted ICTSI to ensure the successful implementation of Ariba® Contracts™ and Ariba® Enterprise Sourcing™ for RFx and contract management. Through the technological procurement expertise of the TransProcure team, ICTSI was able to host over 40 bidding events via RFQs (reverse for quotations), and reverse and forward auctions as of mid-July 2003. It has also enabled and monitored seven blanket purchase orders and contracts. |

Coronel added that as a result of implementing the sourcing solutions, ICTSI was able to earn average savings between 14-22 percent from each sourcing event and was able to achieve payback over a year ahead of schedule. |

ICTSI reported a total of 26.88% savings on sourcing events that took place in the first quarter of 2003. Because of the great bottom line results, ICTSI sought again the services of TransProcure in June 2003 to upgrade its Ariba® Enterprise Sourcing™ to the latest version Ariba® Enterprise Sourcing™ 4.0 Live events (the actual application). |
