Manila, Philippines -- TransProcure President and CEO Charlie Villasenor delivered a presentation at the recent Procurement Asia 2004: Good Procurement, Good Governance Symposium at the AIM Conference Center in Makati City. The Dec. 8, 2004 symposium, organized by the Procurement and Sourcing Institute of Asia (PASIA) and the AIM-Hills Governance Center, was about procurement education, and concerned private and public sector practitioners came out to validate its importance. |

Villasenor spoke on Procurement Outsourcing trends and updates to a crowd that included officials of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the top corporations in the Philippines. He reiterated the TransProcure of making the Philippines “the Procurement Capital of the World,” which was greeted by the audience with enthusiasm and appreciative comments about his “passion and drive.” |
