Charlie brings over 20 years experience in procurement, manufacturing and supply chain management, and business leadership to TransProcure. Prior to this, Charlie was the Managing Director – Asean Region of Ariba, Chief Operations Officer of a consortium eMarketplace, Regional Procurement Director of Caltex (ChevronTexaco), Supply management positions in 3M and Coca-Cola among others. |

Being a distinguished procurement icon, Charlie was awarded “Global 2004 Pros to Know” by the Supply and Demand Chain Executive Magazine. In 2001, he was cited as the Philippine's Purchasing Manager of the Year. In 2002, he received Caltex Chairman's award after he led and launched the global Strategic Procurement organization and global eProcurement in Caltex. He also authored Purchasing and Supply Chain modules for the United Nations/International Trade Center. |

Formerly Technology Services Consulting Director of Commerce One, Mark was a Project Manager in the implementation and maintenance of the BayanTrade e-marketplace as well as the auction services solution for TradeAlliance. Also, he was a senior consultant for Price Waterhouse Coopers Consultants Inc., where he has been involved in numerous SAP, e-procurement, e-payment, and supply chain projects. |

As Vice President for Technology and Global Services for TransProcure, Mark brings to the team a strong practical and technical implementation consulting experience, with his dexterity in leading e-procurement solutions. He oversees the company’s alliances with technology providers and also handles all e-Procurement implementation projects overseas. |
