We are urgently looking for dynamic and result-driven individuals who will fill the following requirements:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or any related course from a reputable institution. Registered engineer is a plus.
• With 5 to 10 years experience in local and global trading, commerce and supply chain
• Preferably with exposure in buying or trading construction related materials globally and with in-depth understanding in manufacturing, quality control and  trade logistics
• Wide understanding of trade laws, safeguard duties, taxes and related trade policies affecting goods movement from one country to the other
• Excellent oral and written communications in Mandarin and English
• Possesses leadership and must be customer oriented and able to establish good relationship with international suppliers and possess high level of integrity
• Willing to be based in Hong Kong or China

Job Description:

• Set-up a buying office in either China or Hong Kong for the client and its subsidiaries’ construction requirements
• Source foreign suppliers particularly in China and establish business relationship with them
• Develop strategies in global sourcing with specific emphasizes on buying guidelines, terms and conditions, logistics protocol, quality control assurance and trade policy compliance
• Responsible for all elements of commodity management, including: strategic understanding of the supply market place, pricing and term negotiations, preparation and analysis of global bid proposals/packages, supplier selection, negotiation and communication with project team (users) business units.
• Practice and use appropriate risk management and audit frameworks effectively. Proactively participate on cross functional sourcing, commodity, and spend category teams in the development of comprehensive strategies by identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost savings that contribute to achieving superior results
• Monitor material escalation and price trend indexes in the international market, including new trade policies, treaty and alike, which will directly affect the global prices of construction commodities
• Lead the client in global market in driving competitive advantage and cost savings for the client and its subsidiaries
• Prepare analysis (market intelligence studies) of internationally sourced commodity price versus local price and lay down pros and cons for project team and Bidding Committee’s reference in decision-making
• Facilitate the procurement processes of all material requirements across the client and its subsidiaries, with coordination to respective Project Procurement Officers, from short listing of suppliers, invitation to bid, scheduling of pre-bid meeting with the project proponents to scheduling of negotiation and close deal.

• Graduate of engineering, business courses or any related four-year course
• Working experience in the area of procurement and sourcing
• Experience in the area of Procurement Solutions and Strategic Sourcing is a plus.
• Must have strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills
• Personable, customer-focus, analytical and willing to travel local and overseas
• For Sourcing Managers: Team leadership capability, MBA preferred
• Identify, develop and deploy best practices supplier management and procurement practices

CONTRACTS MANAGER

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / college Degree in Law or equivalent
• Must be a Bar Passer
• 5 to 10 years  on the same field or related experience ; 5 of which in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Extensive experience in Contract Administration, Business Planning &Training on Contract Management is a must
• Highly organized & assertive
• Excellent communication Skills

EVENTS SPECIALIST

• Female; candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the same field
• With strong background in public relations and production of events.
• Can perform multi-task work and can handle pressures of the position effectively.
• Must be aggressive, hardworking, trustworthy, dynamic, creative, result-oriented, responsible and systematic.
• Very flexible and with mature disposition.
• Willing to work long hours if required.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Candidates must posses at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics, Business Studies or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience within a procurement environment an advantage

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Must be a graduate of a 4 year degree college course
• Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken
• With at least 6 months experience in a call center
• Knowledge in Arabic & Thai Language is an advantage
• 18 to 26 years of age

CREDIT AND COLLECTION OFFICER

• Candidates must posses at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accounting or any Business Course
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a banking environment and customer service oriented
• Knowledge of computerized accounting system is  a plus
• Required skills: computer literate
• Female, 28 to 35 years of age
  

RESEARCHERS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mass Communication or any business related course
• At least one (1) year experience in the field of research 
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• 21 to 25 years old

PURCHASING OFFICER

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s  Degree in Civil Engineering
• Male, 30 to 35 years old
• Minimum of 5  years  on Construction, the same field or related experience; 2  of which in a supervisory capacity
• Ability to analyze technical data in supplier’s proposal
• Good communication, negotiation and mathematical skills; knowledge of supply-chain management and ability to perform financial analysis

GRAPHICS DESIGNER

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s  Degree Fine Arts or any related course
• Minimum of 2  years experience on the same field
• Required Skills: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop CS2, Macromedia and Corel Draw
• Preferably with marketing background
• Highly organized & assertive
• Willing to work long hours if required
• 24 to 30 years of age

• Graduate of Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Management or any related course
• Certified Public Accountant (desirable)
• Must have at least 2 years experience in accounting work
• Can perform and monitor activities related to costing of services  and enable procedures of cost and profitability analyses
• Will perform analysis on an on going basis and provides analytical cost and profitability information to senior management to aid management decisions
• Establish efficient and effective costing processes and implements cost assignment and data capture system

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Journalism, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferred skill(s): JOURNALISM, MARKETING COMMUNICATION.
